A walk through the square...

Emerald Leader
A nice walk on the Canal. This huge ship came through while we walked along. The sunset lasted a long time, and the moon came out bright. It was still light at 9 o'clock. It was scorching hot, in the 90s all day. Nice to have summer back.

Container Barge
Justin and I saw this container barge entering the west end of the canal this afternoon. The tide was ripping at easily a 6 knot clip. The inertia of this barge/tug combo was astounding. It went past us like it was on rails, and going downhill.
