Hail

Another day of thunderstorms but a surprise this afternoon. Marble sized hail came crashing down for a few minutes. Poor Ozzy and the cats were outside... but came in quick. Crystal said it numbed her feet. Justin and Jenn were picking up the balls and tasting them.

Clouds

Thunderstorms all around today as I worked in the yard. No real downpours on us. Lots of storms this summer, more than I ever remember. Both of these taken over the bluff, by the condemed house. The storms came closer and closer to the shore, later with thunderbolts crackling into the bay but never came ashore just floated to the Northeast a trial of rain like jellyfish tentacles strafing the water beneath it.

I tried a Photoshop "merge" below... not bad but I dont like the magazine crease look.

More Rainbows and Rain

Another brilliant rainbow with the passing T-storms. This one is straight from the phone, no adjustment of levels in photoshop. Nice double image... too bad I was in the Mall parking lot.

Bruce in the Summer Rain

Went with the gang to see the Boss on Saturday night. A great show with some fun tunes, a late start and a quick downpour left poor Crystal soaked to the bone. She was a trooper and made off with a new Tour long sleeve tee as the band rocked the night away. Good seats, first row of the stands, but way back in the far endzone. Supreme Tailgate with the Campbells and cousins. Hardcores Mark and Lisa were there and our seats were with Mike and Beth Jasse. A great show and a fun night. Lots of favorites til after midnight.

Rainbow

Incredible rainbow rising from the shoreline below us looking over from Nancy's bluff. Wish I had the big camera to capture the whole thing. You never see a complete rainbow end to end right in front of you very often.
